The first part of this post sounds like my journal since the invention of the smartphone. You know what it feels like to be consistent, to not cheat on yourself and your goals…but maybe later? Lol. Getting up at 5 is the key but that starts with going to bed and it sounds like you are too busy living life right now. Soon— we do need another book from you!
